How to track my order ?
You receive a second email once your article is shipped.
On this one is a link to the Tracking control, with an automatic connection of your personal credentials.
You can also go on this page directly from Internet browsing and manually insert your credentials (Mail + Order Number).
What if I'm not available on delivery day?
The parcels delivered by the post office generally do not require counter-signature.
The few packages delivered by professional carriers sometimes request a counter-signature at the reception.
If this is the case and you are not there when delivery, a card will be issued in your mailbox containing information about how to follow.
What is our return and refund policy?
If you change your mind, you can return your order. Returns can be organized simply by sending us an email on our Contact form.

Special case of orders with several articles
Since we work with different producers, if you have ordered several items, they will arrive at home in different packages.
This avoids again to add an intermediary to gather your order, which translates into competitive priced items!
If you receive a package with part of your order, it's quite normal and you just have to wait for the second package.
